I list , modest, classic and historic homes in the greater Seattle and my approach to each property is unique. Much like people each home, condominium or townhouse has its own feel and aesthetic so finding the right message and marketing is important even in this fast paced market.

As a buyer’s agent the same holds true. Each person or couple I work with is unique and has their own needs and comfort levels. The most important thing I do is listen and negotiate in my clients best interest.Our market is extremely active and a knowledgeable broker like myself and many of the brokers I work with have a shared interest in the joy of working in this industry.

Continuing education is an important component of a work ethic that involves being the most informed representative regarding current market trends and also the ever evolving contracts and legal changes. New technology is important and we are in the midst of many advancements so being able to stay ahead of the curve benefits our clients. Electronic document signing being one of the newest and easiest forms of communication and contract negotiation and it has made off signing possible wherever there is access.

This is a very interesting time and home ownership continues be valuable and affordable. I have lived in  most Seattle neighborhoods and work all of them including Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Leschi, Ballard, and Madrona. A also have expertise in surrounding counties such as Island, Pierce and Yakima. My background in design, sales and rehabilitating older homes is a great mix this industry.
