About Clay
Clay is a distinguished professional in Southwest Florida's luxury real estate market, bringing a rare and insider perspective shaped by years of hands-on experience in multimillion-dollar home development. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Clay earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University, where he also excelled as the starting linebacker for the Hilltoppers. His collegiate athletic career instilled ironclad discipline, consistency, high performance under intense pressure, deal-closing acumen, adaptability with problem-solving prowess, and an unmatched work ethic—qualities that continue to define his approach to every project and client relationship.
Following the completion of his playing career and education, Clay relocated to Southwest Florida to pursue his passion for premium properties. He launched his professional journey as a Project Manager with Eason Builders Group, overseeing the development and construction of more than 10 multimillion-dollar custom homes. He later transitioned into full-scale development, where he manages every facet of the process—from strategic lot acquisition and architectural plan creation to collaborating with builders to fulfill his vision, and ultimately overseeing properties through to successful sales. Since 2022, Clay's developments have achieved over $45 million in sales volume, with another $31 million pending and $40 million in the chute, a testament to his ability to deliver high-end, meticulously crafted homes that command top market value.
