Clay Hall

Armed with small town values, a deep understanding of historic and luxury homes, design, and marketing, real estate was a natural choice, and Clay quickly found success working with clients in San Marco, San Jose, Avondale, Riverside, the beaches, and across Northeast Florida.

 Clay is passionate about investing, interior design, staging, and architecture. He has a significant personal experience in renovations of prewar and midcentury historic homes, and a deep understanding of new construction.  Clay takes pride in his ability to help clients navigate the construction process whether they are building a new home or finding the perfect property to renovate into a masterpiece. Clay has a network of qualified trades and vendors that buyers and sellers need, and access to the best vendors for lighting,  furniture, home decor, and more. 

 Clay loves working with clients who are relocating from other states to Florida. He's helped clients navigate moving to Northeast Florida from Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, California, Tennessee, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Canada, France, and even Australia. 

 Clay lives in the historic San Jose neighborhood in Jacksonville with his husband Jimmy, who is on faculty at University of North Florida School of Music. The Halls are proud  supporters of the San Marco Preservation Society,  the Jacksonville Symphony, UNF Foundation, UNF School of Music's Opera and Aria Competition programs, Friday Musicale, and the  Beaches Fine Arts Series.
