Clay has spent his entire professional career in and around the real estate market in the greater Nashville, TN area. Starting in the construction industry in 2005 with a few local builders, Clay learned the process of new construction, real estate development and sales in some of Williamson County’s finest luxury communities. He parlayed all of that knowledge and experience into a thriving career in real estate sales and infill development. To date Clay has closed over $180M in over 300 real estate transactions in the middle Tennessee market and has been involved in the development of over 100 new construction projects in some of Nashville’s most desirable communities: Green Hills, Oak Hill, Forest Hills, Hillwood, Belle Meade, West Meade, 12 South, West End, Marathon Village, Sylvan Park, the Nations, Germantown, East Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin - just to name a few.
