With deep roots in Northern Virginia, Clayton DeLashmutt Chamberlin is a dedicated local real estate expert who brings a lifetime of knowledge to every client interaction. Born at Georgetown Hospital and raised in Arlington, Clayton is a proud fourth-generation Arlingtonian and a member of the renowned Chamberlin family, who have been active in the Northern Virginia real estate industry for generations.

Clayton’s passion for real estate runs in his blood. Growing up, he learned firsthand about the market by shadowing his mother, Sharon Chamberlin, a respected local Realtor, on property tours after school. This hands-on experience shaped his deep understanding of the community and the real estate process.

A graduate of Florida State University, where he played lacrosse and earned degrees in Communications and Sociology, Clayton received his real estate license in 2012. Since then, he has dedicated himself fully to helping clients navigate the dynamic Washington DC and Northern Virginia real estate market.
