About Clifford
Cliff has been interested in construction and real estate since a young age, actually leaving Sussex Tech with a certificate in Carpentry/Mill and Cabinetry and a coveted appearance representing Delaware in the Skills USA competition for cabinetry in 2007.

“You could say I loved everything about construction and the home building process. I still do,” he says.

A self-described music-loving family man, Cliff graduated from the Williamson College of the Trades in 2010 with a degree in Construction Technologies. But selling real estate has since become his passion, and it’s something in which he excels. And that’s what led him to the Oldfather Group and one of the top three selling real estate teams in the state of Delaware. Cliff has a strong desire to be excellent at everything he does and the Oldfather Group has been on his RADAR for some time.

Seeking the life of small-town America, Cliff settled in downtown Milton with his wife, Erin, and their four children and has called that move a blessing for his family. He first moved to Sussex County as a boy when his family bought a horse farm in 1997.

With all of his success and more that is sure to come, Cliff says it comes down to the people for him and helping folks from all walks of life achieve their goals and ambitions.
