After more than two decades in construction, I realized I wanted to serve people in a different way. In 2005, I moved into real estate, bringing the expertise of a remodel specialist and the heart of someone who values preparation and long-term solutions. 

At 24, I started my own construction company and spent years sharpening my skills in remodeling, renovations, and client care. My first clients came through referrals from agents who needed help preparing homes to sell. That work taught me the power of preparation and the importance of seeing a home not only for what it is, but for what it can become.

Now a proud member of the Macdonald Group at Compass- I’m known for putting clients at ease no matter how stressful the process feels. With an eye for detail, strong vendor relationships, and a big-picture mindset, I keep projects running smoothly. Whether it’s estate sales, cleanup, decluttering, or negotiations, I guide clients with compassion, humor, and a clear plan.

Every client has a vision. My role is to listen, create a clear roadmap, and handle the details so they can move forward with confidence. For more than 19 years I’ve been in the Pacific Northwest with deep knowledge of neighborhoods, land, and homes across King, Snohomish, and surrounding areas.

Over the years, I’ve built a reputation as a trusted and collaborative professional.
