About Cody
Cody’s background as a top producer in the medical and commercial services fields made real estate an easy transition. Cody prides himself on developing personal relationships with each client and customizing his approach, catering to each individual client and their needs. This approach has allowed him the opportunity to represent clients ranging from finance and tech executives to artists represented in galleries across the globe. He understands the importance of listening, transparency and confidentiality.

Being a past resident of many neighborhoods including Hudson Yards, SoHo, and the UWS, he has appreciation for the unique and diverse elements each different neighborhood has to offer. Growing up playing numerous sports in his home state of Arkansas, Cody walked on to the University of Arkansas football team, while earning his BSBA in Finance and Investments. He now resides in Hudson Yards and enjoys staying active and playing poker and other games in his spare time.
