Cody Palmer is a Broker Associate with the Jenni Sloan Team at Compass in Winter Park, Florida. Cody began his real estate journey in 2016 by purchasing and managing his own long-term investment properties — giving him firsthand buying and property management experience long before becoming licensed. Since 2019, he has helped nearly 100 families buy and sell homes, representing over $35 million in career sales. For Cody, real estate has never just been about numbers — it’s about stewardship and helping people make wise, confident decisions during major life moments. Outside of real estate, Cody attends and volunteers at Grace Church in Orlando, trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Alliance under Bruno Malfacine, and enjoys traveling near and far with his wife.
