Cody Palmer

Cody Palmer is a Broker Associate with the Jenni Sloan Team at Compass serving the greater Orlando area. He began his real estate journey in 2016 by purchasing and managing his own long-term investment properties. Since becoming licensed at the end of 2018, Cody has helped nearly 100 families buy and sell homes, representing over $36 million in career sales. In recognition of his dedication to the profession and the clients he serves, Cody was honored as one of Orlando's 35 Under 35 Realtors in 2026.

For Cody, real estate has never been just about numbers, but also guidance and helping people make confident decisions during major life moments. Outside of real estate, Cody’s life is centered around faith, family, friends, and personal growth. He enjoys traveling with his wife & corgi--Karina and Yoshi--and serving at Grace Church, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and discovering new coffee shops.
