COHEN MORSCH is a broker/developer with 20+ years of experience in Chicago real estate. Led by principals Charlie Cohen and Alex Morsch, the team works in both residential and commercial spaces with a focus on vintage and architecturally significant spaces, add value/fixer-uppers, new construction and multi-family housing. 

In addition to brokerage, COHEN MORSCH is a developer with over 40 successful design/build projects as principal to date.
