Colby Stabile

Colby is a lifelong resident of Naples Florida and an entrepreneur attaining a bachelor's degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Entrepreneurial Studies this upcoming year 2025. Gregarious and friendly Colby has a legion of friends and family in Florida and abroad. He spent his summers on Martha's Vineyard at his family home. Attending Community School of Naples in his younger years Colby journeyed up to Nashville Tennessee for two years living with family and attended a Lipscomb Academy. Upon return to Naples Colby attended Naples High School and as an honor student-athlete was selected to be tri-captain of the Naples High Baseball team.

Colby went on to play Collegiate Baseball in Florida and has just this year hung up his cleats to pursue his entrepreneurial vision.

Colby is the epitome of perseverance, hard work, and determination. He understands that these traits, coupled with a thorough knowledge of a product, along with a solid business process as his blueprint lead to successful results. He cares about people and it shows in his interaction with customers in the multiple businesses that he has worked in. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household and being exposed to several professional family-owned businesses, Colby learned much about the outcome of delivering the highest level of customer service to clients. Colby will bring forward his exposure to his family's thirty-five years of real estate transacting as a meaningful element of his toolbox when working with clients. Colby is a welcome addition to the Stabile Group at Compass.

In his spare time, Colby enjoys a round of golf, a competitive game of Tennis or Pickle Ball, engaging in his Faith, volunteering in charitable events, family gatherings, and friends.
