Before moving to Denver in 2011, Coleen worked as a Corporate Director at Condé Nast in New York City, overseeing multi-million-dollar campaigns for iconic brands like Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Architectural Digest. This experience informs her innovative marketing strategies, ensuring every property she represents is positioned to stand out in today’s competitive market. Specializing in properties with an average price of $2M, Coleen combines innovative technology, strategic marketing, and a strong network of professionals to ensure a seamless process. Coleen is a proud mother of two and wife to Zack Sanders, a successful business owner of Merchants Office Furniture. She enjoys tennis, paddle, skiing, watching her kids play lacrosse and tennis, and traveling with her family, often revisiting her childhood favorites in Northern Michigan, New York, and Palm Beach.
