Growing up in Fairbanks, Alaska, Colin learned the value of working hard and earning the trust of others early on. A third-generation real estate broker, he graduated from college and moved to Seattle, drawn by the Emerald City’s dual offering of booming business opportunities and incredible outdoor adventures. After gaining valuable experience as an appraiser, Colin soon became a broker. That’s when he discovered his affinity for helping people achieve their real estate investment objectives. Over 13 years, he has built an impressive network of U.S. and international real estate partners—from the Pacific Northwest to the East Coast, and around the world.

Personal

Colin holds degrees in Business Management and Marketing. He credits his ability to successfully navigate complex business transactions, in part, to the opportunities he's had to travel the world, where he worked with a diverse group of cultures in disparate environments. A skilled communicator, he developed the ability to truly listen and empathize with people while rebuilding homes and schools after the 2005 Tsunami in Sri Lanka. These experiences have enhanced his outlook on life, and enriched his appreciation of cultural diversity.

When he’s not helping clients realize their real estate goals, Colin enjoys boating on Lake Washington, snowboarding in the Cascades, or hiking and exploring the PNW with his wife Cassandra, son Brayden, and energetic Chocolate lab, Reggie.
