About Colleen
Colleen is a licensed real estate broker in Chicago, motivated to help people with their real estate needs. After working in the service industry for many years, she realized that she wanted to expand her love of working with people into the real estate world. She has always had a desire to help and is driven by the need to find people housing.
Colleen believes housing is one of the most important basic needs and that it has become increasingly more difficult to obtain. She believes that people deserve to work with someone who is driven to help them and is trustworthy. Her husband has been a home inspector for over three years and has witnessed not only the importance of safety but also the importance of working with someone you can trust.
Colleen grew up in the western suburbs and spent most of her adult life living in several different neighborhoods in Chicago. After having two children, she now lives in the western suburbs again, giving her a breadth of knowledge of both the city and the surrounding suburban areas. She obtained a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master's degree from the University of Chicago. She also worked for three years as the international services intern for the Red Cross of Greater Chicago, where she serviced floods and fires in areas that needed assistance.
Colleen is a member of The Hunt Team at Compass, which has a combined 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. The Hunt Team has been very successful over the years, and she is excited to have the opportunity to work with such a great team.
