Along with Peter Blank, Colleen is a principal of the Peter Blank Collective. Prior to her career in real estate, Colleen practiced law for almost three decades, notably as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Washington, D.C, and Denver, CO, and as a commercial litigator in prestigious D.C. law firms. As a result of her comprehensive legal experience, Colleen has superb negotiation, communication, dispute resolution and contract skills. Plus, she has a lot of good stories!

When she isn’t getting the best deal for her clients, you can find her remodeling her 1890s Victorian in Congress Park with her husband where she has lived for 17 years, staying active with her adorable Labrador Retriever, Hutch, drafting her memoir, or relaxing on the beach at her second home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
