Prior to her career in real estate, Colleen practiced law for almost three decades, notably as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Offices in Washington, D.C, and Denver, CO, and as a commercial litigator in prestigious D.C. law firms. As a result of her comprehensive legal experience, Colleen has superb negotiation, communication, dispute resolution and contract skills. Plus, she has a lot of good stories!
