About Colleen

Colleen Winder Johnson is a dedicated and passionate real estate professional with a deep connection to New Orleans. Originally from New Jersey and raised as an Army brat, she came to New Orleans to attend Dillard University. In this vibrant city, she fell in love with the culture and lifestyle and has called it home ever since. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Colleen owned businesses for twenty years before Hurricane Katrina prompted her to make a career change. Real estate was a natural fit, running in her family as her mother was a REALTOR®, and Colleen was inspired to follow in her footsteps.

Since entering the real estate world in 2007, Colleen has built a reputation for excellence and integrity. She began her career as Rookie of the Year and quickly established herself as a trusted professional in the industry. Her dedication to her clients and community helped her grow a successful real estate business, and her commitment to the field led her to become the chapter president of the New Orleans Women's Council of REALTORS®. Her genuine passion for real estate shines through in her work, as she enjoys building strong, lasting relationships and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Colleen specializes in listing homes for sale and working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and families looking to upsize or downsize. Her extensive knowledge of the market and personalized approach enables her to guide clients through every step of the process with ease and confidence.

She is also active the real estate community and served as President of the New Orleans Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, as well as on committees for NOMAR and Louisiana Realtors.

When she is not assisting clients in finding their perfect home, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world in search of new experiences and adventures.

Her love for her community and her profession continues to fuel her success and her desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
