Colleen’s approach to customer care began developing early in her life watching her father build his manufacturing business, starting in the family garage in Pittsburgh and growing it to service customers throughout the nation. It continued as she observed successful business practices living in such international places as South America and Spain, or domestically in Florida and throughout the greater Boston area for the past 33 years. Everywhere, the key to a successful sales practice was offering a superior product or service, AND doing it with authenticity and an empathetic understanding of a client’s needs.
As a Realtor, Colleen demonstrates her empathy and exceptional service by fervently representing her clients while minimizing the stress of such an important transaction. While her approach is deeply solutions oriented and analytical, her style is a high touch concierge-type service. In what spare time she has, Colleen uses it to satisfy her natural curiosity. She is an avid reader, book club member, regular movie-goer and practices yoga and Pilates. Her interest in American politics is deep and her favorite TV show is Jeopardy.
