About Colleen
As a fourth-generation Larchmont resident, Colleen Styer has a special affinity for Westchester's Sound Shore region and a passion for helping those who've chosen to make their home here. She's a genuine and caring client advocate, and she has an artistic eye that's ideal for staging properties and spotting opportunity. From the first meeting to the closing and beyond, Colleen and her husband Allan — The Styer Team at Compass — create enjoyable experiences and optimal outcomes by anticipating needs and making each client feel supported and informed throughout their journey.

Before becoming an agent, Colleen worked in a number of occupations that formed her unique and invaluable real estate skill set. As an actor, she also spent a lot of time working in restaurants, and she credits both experiences with forming her ability to listen closely, communicate clearly and deliver superior client service. Colleen was an event coordinator in the nonprofit sector and the owner of her own professional organizing business, so she offers the meticulous planning and multitasking talents critical in real estate. The through-line of Colleen's professional personal life is a love for meeting people and serving their needs with boundless empathy and creativity.

Colleen and Allan reside in Rye Neck, and they can often be found with their dog Louie at nearby Florence Park or down at Rye Beach and Playland Park. A true believer in giving back to the community, she's been a volunteer with Larchmont/Mamaroneck's aging in place organization, At Home on the Sound, for 10 years. Colleen is currently a board member for the group and is actively involved in everything from driving seniors to appointments and heading acting classes to planning the annual gala and launching educational programming.
