Colleen Waldoch

Colleen Waldoch has always been drawn to the details that make a place feel like home. Before real estate, she studied commercial photography and built a career photographing architecture and working with businesses on pricing. Those experiences taught her how to see a property’s character, understand its value, and present it with care.

Today, Colleen brings that perspective to her work as a Florida Broker Associate and leader of the Seaside Living Group at Compass. She helps buyers find a home that fits the life they want to live, and helps sellers show what makes their home special. Her approach is thoughtful, direct, and personal. She knows a move is about more than a transaction.

Colleen and her husband, Tom, are partners in business and in life. Together they have a family of six children and eight grandchildren. When they step away from work, they love to travel and camp. Colleen also discovered a passion she never expected after moving to Florida: fishing. She had never fished before, but watching the fish in the lake behind her home sparked her curiosity. These days, you may find her fishing from a bridge in the Florida Keys, enjoying the sunshine and hoping for one more cast.
