About Collin
Collin Lasater brings over three decades of expertise in the development, tenant representation, and sales/leasing of retail properties across the United States. His journey in real estate began with The Woodmont Company, a well-regarded Fort Worth-based real estate development, management, and brokerage firm. During his tenure at Woodmont, Collin played a crucial role in the development team, concentrating on the leasing and sale of numerous shopping centers, with a particular emphasis on grocery-anchored properties and pad site development.
After a successful ten-year stint at Woodmont, Collin founded Gambit Realty, serving as the leasing arm for Margaux Development. In 2009, he pivoted towards tenant representation and pad site development by establishing Align Realty. This venture allowed Collin to specialize in site selection for prominent retailers such as QuikTrip, McDonald’s, and Whataburger. In 2017, Collin, along with his partners Brad and David, founded CBD Realty Partners, which focuses on triple net pad side development throughout Texas. Through the trusted relationships created by this business, we were also able to establish 4Stories Roofing, a company catering to both commercial and residential roofing needs.
Beyond his professional achievements, Collin is a proud native of Fort Worth and currently resides in Aledo. He is a devoted father to his two daughters, Sarah and Hattie. A committed community member, Collin actively participates in various local initiatives. He serves on the Stock Show (FWSSR) International and Greeting Committees, contributes as a board member of Larry's Kids, and holds membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), reflecting his dedication to both his industry and his community.
