My approach to the market is rooted in a blend of local intuition and high-level data. After studying Geography and Business at Western Washington University—where I specialized in using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to map out market trends and demographics—I spent eight years in the tech industry. That time sharpened my ability to analyze complex data and navigate the fast-paced digital landscape, skills I now use to give my clients a distinct competitive edge.

Having lived all over the Seattle area—from Kenmore and Shoreline to Rainier Beach and my current home in Queen Anne—I have a boots-on-the-ground understanding of the Puget Sound’s diverse communities.
