About Connie
Having grown up in Arizona, Connie has seen the valley grow and change vastly over the years, experience she takes with her in everything she does. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business-Marketing and used that to jump start her career selling real estate in North Scottsdale 25 years ago. In 1999 and 2000 she and three partners opened Sterling Fine Homes and Land. The company began in Cave Creek and grew to four offices in Scottsdale, North Phoenix and Surprise with over 200 agents.
After selling the company, Connie continued selling real estate and she and her team always ranked in the top 3 teams for the last 5 years with their previous company, making it to #1 in 2018. Connie has tremendous experience with new construction; she has worked with one of the top north valley custom home builders who has built over 400 homes in the last 20 years.

Connie spends her free time with her family and 6 energetic grandchildren. She also loves doing charity work for House of Refuge, a halfway house for homeless women, as well as thundershowers, a shower trailer for showering the homeless.
