Connie Ybarra

Being a Los Angeles native, growing up in Boyle Heights, I decided at a very young age to live in a small mountain town, which definitely was ingrained from going to YMCA summer camp as a kid and my folks being very active in taking my brother and I camping. It has been 14 years of living in Big Bear Lake and I absolutely consider myself a knowledgeable local and adventurer.

I have worked in an array of fun-loving fields, including the YMCA as a Program Coordinator, LAUSD assisting in special education, The City of Los Angeles Parks and Recs, team building courses through Loadstone Adventures and SOAR, Archery Instructor and hula hoop maker. I also currently volunteer with the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC), specializing in teaching blind kids to ski. My passions in life include making music, being an active member of my community, and watching people light up when they speak about their own passions.

My passion for Real Estate began 9 years ago when I accepted a position as a receptionist with Keller Williams Big Bear and since then, I have been working my way up, loving every moment and lesson along the way.

In spring of 2013, I took on the role of marketing director, transaction coordinator, closing coordinator and support pillar with Gary Doss & Associates. Since receiving my DRE license in the fall of 2017, I have been transitioned into the agent aspect role of the business with Gary Doss and Compass SoCal Resorts Group because we have a spectacular team and support system which compares to no other.
