About Coral
Coral Dunbar is a Northern California real estate professional with deep roots in the Lost Sierra and a genuine love for mountain living. Raised in Quincy, California, and now based in Clio, Coral brings a local’s perspective, strong community connection, and a lifelong appreciation for the beauty and lifestyle of the Sierra Nevada.
Coral also spent four years living in Incline Village, where she fell deeply in love with Lake Tahoe and the unique lifestyle that comes with living in mountain communities. Her personal experience throughout Plumas County, the Lost Sierra, and the Tahoe region allows her to connect with clients who are not only looking for a home, but a lifestyle that supports adventure, nature, and quality of life.
With a B.A. in Mathematics from UC Santa Cruz, Coral brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to real estate. She is also fluent in Spanish after living in Spain, allowing her to serve a broader range of clients with confidence and care. In addition to real estate, Coral has an extensive background in digital marketing, having managed marketing for a music festival for three years as well as for her own affiliate marketing business. This experience gives her a strong edge when it comes to creatively and strategically marketing properties.
Coral’s background also includes personal training, with a special focus on senior fitness, which reflects her patient, supportive, and service-centered approach. She values helping people feel confident, informed, and cared for throughout the process of buying or selling a home.
Outside of real estate, Coral loves all things outdoors, including skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, digging crystals, and swimming in alpine mountain lakes. Her passion for the Sierra lifestyle is at the heart of her work, and she is dedicated to helping her clients find places that support not just where they live, but how they want to live.
