Cordelia is a skilled negotiator, valued for her personal integrity, and has closed numerous complex transactions in the luxury residential market achieving several record-high sales. In the business since 2004, she has recent transactions in Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, Dumbo, Upper West Side, West Village and Midtown East. Working for growing families, first-time buyers, seniors, co-op sponsors and estates, many of her buyer and seller clients have become repeat clients and have made referrals. Over the years she has established great relationships with stagers, architects, lawyers, expeditors, contractors and inspectors insuring smooth, full-service, transactions with the very best team.
Cordelia is an active member of her community, was Board President of a pre-war co-op for a decade, volunteers at her daughter's school, and has a special interest in environmental sustainability. Educated in Scotland, UK with an MA in Fine Art from Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art, she loves to bring her experience in design and photography to her real estate work. Cordelia enjoys live-music, fine art, independent cinema and Thai-food.
