Cory Flere is a Howard County REALTOR® with Compass serving Columbia, Ellicott City, Central Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Since becoming licensed in 2022, Cory has closed 36 real estate transactions with an average annual sales volume of approximately $4 million. His primary price point centers around $450,000, with sales exceeding $1 million.

Cory specializes in military relocation near Fort Meade, NSA Bethesda, Joint Base Andrews, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, and the Pentagon, assisting active duty service members and veterans during PCS moves and representing buyers using VA loans.
