About Cory
Cory Kohut knows Oak Park like the back of his hand. Born and raised in the village, he loves the unique homes and wonderfully diverse community. Cory’s devotion to his hometown translates into a very personal experience for his clients, who are, after all, his neighbors. Cory wants every buyer or seller to feel like his only client, so he continually offers a high level of service. In high school, Cory’s first job was in a real estate office, which sparked an enduring interest in the field. After earning a Bachelors degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from the University of Illinois, and a certificate in Geographical Information Systems from Elmhurst College, Cory spent a few years negotiating multimillion-dollar projects for FEMA. But he was ultimately drawn back to a real estate career.
