Cory Mayo is committed to a “client first” approach, a philosophy that has fueled his success throughout his professional journey. With a robust background in sales and marketing and a genuine passion for customer service, Cory was drawn to the real estate industry. Hailing from Swarthmore, a charming suburb of Philadelphia, he excelled academically at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, achieving high honors.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Cory served as the Director of Marketing for a regional builder in Coastal Delaware. This role endowed him with extensive knowledge of new construction, enabling him to guide clients confidently through the processes of buying, selling, and building. Cory’s dedication and expertise have been recognized with the Five Star Professional award for five consecutive years and the distinction of being the top builder agent for the past four years. As Cory always says, "The proof is in the pudding!"

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Cory enjoys cycling, fishing, Jeeping, and the vibrant coastal lifestyle. His love for the area led him to make it his home. A devoted family man, Cory treasures time spent with his wife and two young daughters, who are accomplished Irish dancers competing on the global stage.
