Cory Morrison

Being a native Austinite has led Cory to experiencing firsthand the ever-changing landscape of the city. From living in the quiet up-and-coming town in the early 2000s to the beast Austin is today, much has changed while also staying the same. Austin has transformed into this incredible hub for entrepreneurs, tech & medical moguls, fitness & sport enthusiasts - and many more. The classic charm has remained while the continued pursuit for growth and advancement moves forward. 

Cory attended Texas State University and graduated with a BA in Business Management in 2018. While attending Texas State, he utilized time as a real estate assistant for three years. During this time he gained extensive knowledge in real estate and found a true passion for it. Much of the time spent at school was focused on building relationships, and garnering skills in strategic marketing, negotiations, and finance that fueled his passion further. 

Now 7 years in real estate, Cory’s thorough knowledge of Central Texas comes as an irreplaceable resource to his clients. Having grown up in Austin, he understands the lifestyles, schools, neighborhoods that help lead his clients in the right direction. In addition to working with investors and long-time homeowners, he enjoys guiding first-time homebuyers to find their ideal slice of Austin. To Cory, it’s more than real estate, and because of that many of Cory’s clients become lifelong friends.
