Courtney Bergin

Courtney was born and raised in New Hampshire, but has lived in the Bay Area for 20 years and in Alameda since 2013. Courtney has been part of the Kate McCaffrey Group since 2016, first as a Project Manager, then as Director of Operations, and now as a Listing Agent. Courtney worked on renovating nearly 100 homes in her role as a Project Manager for KMG. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and thorough communication were the assets that led to Kate promoting Courtney into the role of Director of Operations. In this role, Courtney trained new team members and revitalized procedures to ensure all sellers had a seamless experience in selling their homes. Now as a Listing Agent, Courtney enjoys guiding sellers through the entire process from start to finish and loves helping clients assess the best approach to sell their home in this ever changing Bay Area market.

Prior to working with Kate, Courtney spent 16 years at Pixar Animation Studios in various production roles which included Script Supervisor and Production Office Manager.  Her responsibilities ranged from tracking and recording every word of dialogue in Toy Story 3, to organizing the 2400 guest wrap parties for films Inside Out and Monsters University. Courtney lives in Alameda with her husband, Hoon, who works for AirBnB corporate, and their two daughters who attend public school here in Alameda.
