"Honestly there are not enough good things that I could say to fully describe our experience with Courtney. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills are as good as it gets and we are thrilled to have had her representing us for both the of our old home and purchase of our new one. Courtney had all the right connections and local knowledge to sell our home less than a week, yep, we met with her on Saturday and our house was sold by Thursday. She was extraordinary throughout the process keeping us continually in the loop throughout and serving as a tough negotiator on our behalf getting us well above asking price for our home. Not only did she do an incredible job selling our home but at the same time she worked around our schedules to show us new homes. Ultimately she helped us purchase our new home and used all of her tricks to win over multiple other offers even though our bid was not the highest! Our new home is perfect for us and we owe everything to Courtney for guiding us though the tangled and complicated path of selling and buying a home. Courtney went above and beyond by recommending an affordable and competent handyman, putting us in touch with what I believe is one of the best lenders in the industry, and even setting us up with a fantastic farmers representative for our home insurance. Every single aspect was top notch and I feel like the team she had working for us were the best of the best. Courtney will no doubt be our realtor for as long as we live in this area, and will continue be our friend long after if we leave. I told you, not enough good things to say. The last thing I will say is, Thank you Courtney!" - Chris

"There were one or two times when I was tired and cranky in the middle of a tour; she would stay her usual composed self and ask sellers great questions while I sulked and skulked in the background, giving side-eye to kitchen appliances or grumbling about unfortunate bathroom tiles. Which is to say: she had my back, and she understood that it was an overwhelming experience sometimes. She helped me separate legitimate concerns from minor, superficial fixes. Courtney helped me to stay in budget. This is difficult to do, especially in SF. She helped me negotiate, steering me away from asking for too much or offering too little, while making sure that I got something I was truly happy with. Courtney was there for every last question I had. On the rare occasion that there was something she did not know, she would find out right away and let me know. She checked in with me regularly to make sure we were in touch. She walked me through the mounds and mounds of papers that I had to read, and helped me to keep everything straight. Having worked with Courtney, I find that I have gained more than a piece of (rather fabulous) real estate. I have also gained knowledge of an important process that I knew nothing about before. And, importantly, I have found an expert professional whom I trust and will turn to again in the future." - Neha

"Courtney worked a miracle. My house was in terrible shape from a botched renovation job that had stagnated. It was bad. I was out of the country, and going through a divorce, and the renovation project that was supposed to take 3 months was taking nearly 2 years. Courtney jumped in and went the extra 100 miles. She brought several contractors in to finish the renovation and project managed the whole situation. She adeptly negotiated with the defunct construction team, new contractors, county inspectors, neighbors, home-owners association, and my ex-wife for months to get the property to a sellable condition. Then her real magic kicked in. Courtney's use of tools, understanding of the market, and ability to create FOMO for sellers blew me away. Through extensive excellent marketing, excellent staging, and her expert ways we received several offers. The house sold for $162,000 over our asking price! I'm not one who is easily impressed and we all know the real estate industry is full of people talk more than they *do*. Based on my experience with Courtney, she is in the top 0.1% of realtors in California. I can't imagine using anyone else, and you shouldn't either." - Nick

"Courtney is a fantastic real estate agent. She's extremely responsive, more than willing to answer an endless stream of questions about the home-buying process, and in my case put up with me for nearly two years of looking before I finally pulled the trigger on my new home. Once you put together an offer, that's when the real work starts. She ensured I really understood what I was getting into (really important when you need no-contingency offers to be competitive in SF), kept me aware of what steps were next in the pipeline and how to make sure I was prepared for them, and helped me find emergency alternative financing in a mad last-minute scramble when it looked like the seller was having misgivings about the lender I'd chosen. I'd love to work with Courtney again, but I'm just too damn happy in the new home I purchased, so it looks like it might be a long while before I'm in the real estate market again." - Stephen

"I hired Courtney for the of my condo the Mission (SF). She was an absolute joy to work with. Selling your home is an overwhelming process, but Courtney's expertise and calm demeanor put me at ease. She helped me map out a plan for getting the unit market-ready. This included painting, cleaning, staging and professional photos. She had an amazing list of contacts and preferred vendors to work with. All her hard work and planning resulted in a price $220k over asking! She was also incredibly helpful in recommending movers to get me into my new home (and they were awesome as well). I'd gladly work with Courtney again!" - Brad

About Courtney
Of all the personal and professional traits that help Courtney to constantly be the top percentage of real estate agents the nation, determination has to be at the height of that list. A self-starter to the core, she left her native New York and relocated to Seattle, putting herself through college at the University of Washington. After graduating, she moved to the Bay Area and bought her first home at the age of 22. Since then, she has made real estate her life’s undying passion.

Having closed over $150M in transactions, she continues to rely on a diehard work ethic, an instinct for smart marketing, and a focus on research and analytics to navigate the competitive landscape of San Francisco’s real estate market. From record prices the shortest possible times to hundreds of successful transactions - and even getting buyers into amidst aggressive multiple offer situations - she not only has the acumen to get the job done for her clients, but she also possesses the integrity, communication skills, and appropriate sense of levity necessary to ensure a great client experience.

As a Bay Area homeowner herself, Courtney understands how buying and selling can be as much of a personal and emotional journey as it is a financial one. It is perhaps this personal empathy and understanding that is the foundation of her service ethos. Whether that’s her detail-oriented project management or her customarily pleasant demeanor, it’s no surprise that she ranks at the tops of both the national real estate agent percentiles as well as client satisfaction ratings. As Courtney says herself: “My clients’ needs come first, and when I make their goals my goals, everything else just falls into place.”
