"Courtney was a tremendous help to us in our accelerated move to Scituate! It was July and we decided last minute to relocate before the next school year was to start in September. It was a bit insane but Courtney kept her wits about her and helped us every step of the way. We fell in love with the first house we saw and Courtney was able to quickly identify key points about the location and confirm that this ticked all of our boxes. We knew nothing about the area (except that it was gorgeous and friendly!) and she filled in all of the blanks for us. We are walking distance to our school, town and the beach! She was also able to magically negotiate our deal including a contingency on the sale of our other home without a kick-out clause - not an easy thing to do. She is a savvy veteran with a great feel for the market, a whole lot of hustle, and a strategic mind. I mean, she got the sellers to agree to cancel an entire day of open house in order to accept our offer early. She’s a shrewd negotiator and is always gonna be the person to put you in the best position possible. Tell her what your dreams are, and she’ll make them come true for you. Ours was a tricky search with a long checklist, and to make things harder: it was all done remotely while we were in NYC.
