Courtney has proudly called Lake Highlands home since 2010, raising her family in the community while building deep roots and relationships throughout the neighborhood. Her firsthand knowledge of the area, schools, lifestyle, and evolving market gives her clients an authentic local perspective that goes far beyond the average agent experience.

After spending two decades in the corporate world, Courtney brings a strong foundation in client service, project management, negotiation, and attention to detail - skills that translate seamlessly into real estate and help guide clients confidently through every step of the process.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market, Courtney has owned and managed investment properties since 2013 and has extensive hands-on experience in home renovation and design. Alongside her partner, Haley Wagstaff, she renovates and transforms homes throughout East Dallas, including several notable projects in Merriman Park Estates and surrounding Lake Highlands neighborhoods. Through these projects, Courtney has developed a deep understanding of what today’s buyers value, from layout functionality to design trends, construction quality, and return on investment.

Their renovation work has also created a strong network of local contractors, designers, vendors, and buyers actively looking for opportunities specifically within the greater Lake Highlands area.
