"This entire real estate market right now is scary and it feels like it’s impossible to buy a house unless you have a bunch of money to put down. Being a veteran is very hard right now in the real estate market because we don’t have to put money down and Courtney made sure I never gave up and even when I didn’t get an accepted offer, Courtney always made sure I kept my head up and we just kept looking at more houses until I found my forever home. This is not my first time buying a home and Courtney by far is my favorite realtor and I would recommend her to anyone.

" I worked with Courtney and Chris on buying a new home from out of state. I have been a real estate agent for years so I was probably a bit more high maintenance than most buyers. Courtney was who I communicated with most and she was fantastic. Being in the industry I was able to tell how spot on she was with every detail. She went above and beyond when the sellers caused a problem (or two) and handled it for me quickly. I highly recommend her and Chris both.

Only the second city visited on a list of relocation options, Courtney fell in love with Nashville in a number of days, made the move two months later, and has called Nashville home since 2019. In her free time, Courtney loves exploring Nashville’s many attractions: hiking and walking the parks and greenways with her rescue pup, Nox, shopping and mural hunting, listening to live music, relaxing on the lakes in the summer, and trying as many local watering holes and eateries as possible. One is never at a loss for things to do in Nashville!
Courtney is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Tennessee Association of Realtors®, and Greater Nashville Realtors® and currently serves on multiple committees with Greater Nashville Realtors®. Courtney served as the president-elect for her local association of Realtors® in Vermont before relocating to Nashville. Courtney holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification, and received the Ally™ certificate. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Keene State College with a bachelor of science in business, Courtney was also awarded lifetime membership in Delta Mu Delta, a business honor society.
