We closed in a very short time and she helped us find inspectors and addressed all our concerns in a very tight timeline. She not only guided us along the process, she did it with passion, joy, and humor! Even though it took us a while to finally find the house we love and our situation was somewhat complex, she was always patient, finding solutions to our concerns, and providing great advice and insights on the houses and areas. She would climb up a hill or a roof and crawl down to a basement just to check on any red flags or show us the potential of a house. She is a very handy person herself, so she is very knowledgeable on all the potential work a house may need. She is very responsive and stays on top of everything. She constantly keeps us updated with status and even when she was personally insulted by a seller's agent, she handled it with grace and still continues to have our best interest and our back.
