A native of Savannah, Georgia, Courtney, and her family relocated from Washington, DC to Nashville in 2007 and immediately fell in love with the culture, camaraderie, and character of the city. Today, her love for the Music City has grown along with her passion for serving the community through her 18 years of real estate expertise. She truly loves helping people through the home-buying and selling process, and could not imagine doing anything else. Most importantly, she enjoys watching her buyers fall in love with the Nashville area as she did.

Whether buying or selling, she always has her clients’ best interests in mind. Perhaps her greatest attribute is her strong negotiation skills in a highly competitive market, and her willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure each client comes away with a positive experience – evidenced by the fact that nearly every home she sold in 2016 was on the market a matter of days and every review she has received has been a 5-star review.

Courtney is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and Nashville Association of Realtors. She has received her designations in the following areas: ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), ASP (Accredited Staging Professional), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), RCS-D (Divorce & Elder Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute).
