"I first experienced Courtney's professionalism and lengthy knowledge when she sold my mother in law's home. I was impressed by her ability to communicate in a way that made the experience easy with as little stress as possible. After that sale, I stayed in touch thinking that I would like to sell my house one day and get something different in the same town. I emailed her periodically and asked her questions about home improvements and how they would help resale - she advised that some ideas were good and others not so much, her honestly was very helpful in keeping my HGTV dreams in check. Even though I wasn't officially a client at the time as answered all my emails promptly and with great detail.
