Courtney O'Shea

Originally from Connecticut, Courtney started her western migration by moving to Oxford, Ohio to attend Miami University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1995, she moved again to Chicago to start a career in corporate design. Four amazing kids, another move, and 20 years later, Courtney happily finds herself in beautiful Colorado having wrapped up a successful design career and diving enthusiastically into her community as a real estate professional.

Growing up, Courtney wanted to be an architect, constantly dreaming of what a home might look like, what kind of furniture, artwork, landscape it would have, and how it would feel. She was inspired by her father’s work as a civil engineer building skyscrapers in New York City, and her mother’s career in designing workspaces for large corporations. Courtney could not be happier or more passionate about her career in real estate.

Courtney uses her design and project management skills when assisting her clients during the real estate process. She is committed to creating an incredible experience for her clients by listening to their needs and goals and paying attention to every detail, from curating staging to watering plants. Courtney will partner with her clients to coordinate all the necessary jobs in order to have a home present beautifully when hitting the market. Envisioning the process from start to finish, proactive communication, and walking alongside her buyers and sellers every step of the way is key to a successful experience.

Courtney loves to explore and try new things, and has traveled throughout the United States and Europe, and though she hopes to continue to travel and experience all the world has to offer, ultimately, a low-key beach day on Cape Cod remains her happy place. If her three dogs could join her, that would be even better.
