Courtney Polhemus

Courtney Polhemus joined Pine Acres Realty in 2013, where she builds on a wide range of sales and marketing experience to offer client service, sales and technology expertise to her clients. Like Chris Rhinesmith, Courtney came to real estate from the finance sector, having worked in the Private Wealth Management for New York’s Alliance Bernstein. A graduate of Union College, Courtney moved to Boston in 2007 to work in sales and marketing in the Information Technology Market Research sector, first for AMR Research and then for Gartner. She moved to Chatham full-time in 2012 and continues to live there with her husband, owner of a high-end architecture and construction firm, and two young children. Courtney works exclusively with Chris Rhinesmith.
