With a diverse real estate career stretching from Pittsburgh to New York City and now Denver, Courtney is a seasoned professional known for her clear communication and ability to adapt to the ever-changing market. Her rich background across different industry sectors has equipped her with a unique skillset, fueled by an innate ability to connect and collaborate.

Growing up with a mother and aunt in real estate - along with their encouragement, Courtney launched into the industry. She rapidly distinguished herself, eventually leading a nationally ranked team in NYC focused on high-end Park Avenue and Fifth Avenue cooperatives. After 15 successful years in New York City, Courtney moved to Colorado, where she has since rooted herself in the Denver real estate market. 

Courtney's approach is built on genuine relationships. When she's not working, Courtney likes to enjoy quiet mornings coupled with a cup of coffee on her Park Hill porch. Spending quality time with family and friends, tackling the NYT crossword puzzles, a Pilates session, a good book, live music or checking out a new restaurant keeps her non-real estate life exciting.
