Courtney Roth

Born and raised in Southern California, Courtney provides her clients with a wealth of industry knowledge as well as a full luxury concierge experience. She is known for her strong work ethic, meaningful connections, and demonstrated resourcefulness, all of which shine through in her professional endeavours. Her professionalism is complemented by her empathetic attitude and warm sense of humor. 

Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and a minor in Business Management from San Diego State University in 2007. She went on to work for a national restaurant corporation specializing in new property openings before landing a job with a prominent, high-end residential general contractor. There, she built and fostered relationships with many of the most notable architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors in the industry while learning the ins and outs of luxury residential construction. While there, her love for buying and selling real estate emerged. After obtaining her real estate license, Courtney has freelanced in interior design as well as helped clients with staging needs.

Courtney is an active member of the Encinitas community, and outside of work, she loves to be outdoors and soak up all of what Southern California has to offer. You can find her most weekends spending time with her active family at one of the kid's numerous sporting events.
