After calling New York City home for two decades, Courtney moved with her husband and two children to beautiful Fairfield County. With a lifelong passion for design and interiors, she has renovated several of her own properties: from a historic jute factory to a century-old Craftsman in Brooklyn, and most recently, a modern contemporary in Weston, CT.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Courtney is a professional home stager who partners with a Connecticut-based staging company to help clients highlight their home’s full potential. Whether preparing a property for market or helping buyers imagine what’s possible in a new space, she brings an elevated yet approachable touch to every project.
