A Southern California native, Courtney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Film Production and French.
She began her professional life as a producer of tv commercials and as a Hollywood studio executive. After Courtney completed her third home renovation, she was urged to consider a new career. So began a successful two-decade run in residential real estate — during which she founded, led and sold an award-winning real estate team in Los Angeles.
Courtney now serves real estate’s most elite talent as a real estate coach and strategist. Marrying EQ and IQ, she lends her expertise in strategic planning, operations, and human relations to drive performance outcomes and legacy creation. Her unique perspective and curated approach to empowering entrepreneurs serves to elevate both the individuals and the industry.
Outside of work, Courtney is a dedicated mother of two, an aesthete and a taco enthusiast. She shares her time between bustling New York City and a pastoral farm in Vermont.
