With a background in marketing and sales from the investment management and Venture Capital world, Courtney has enjoyed marketing the hundreds of phenomenal homes we have been honored to list.

When her 4th child was on the way and after watching far too many Fixer Upper episodes, Courtney and her husband got the remodeling bug! They purchased a 1970s home in Pine Brook Hills and rented all over Boulder until it was completed in 2017.  With the help of Pinterest and Instagram Courtney planned the full remodel, down to the layout of the kitchen and the design of the much-needed amazing mud room. She absolutely loves living in Pine Brook Hills and taking in beautiful sunrises and moonrises from her house perched on a hill. The added space was crucial for their 3 daughters, 1 son and their dog, Astro.
