Courtney was drawn to real estate after being impressed by the all-encompassing realtors that assisted her and her husband buying their first home in Oakland, California and then having that same experience when selling their next home in the Wonderland Lake neighborhood of Boulder and buying a fixer-upper in Pine Brook Hills with Kristin Kalush. When an agent goes above and beyond to not only help you find your perfect home, but also help you truly get to know a community, it is quite an awesome thing.
When her 4th child was on the way and after watching far too many Fixer Upper episodes, Courtney and her husband got the remodeling bug! They purchased a 1970s home in Pine Brook Hills and rented all over Boulder until it was completed in 2017. With the help of Pinterest and Instagram Courtney planned the full remodel, down to the layout of the kitchen and the design of the much-needed amazing mud room. She absolutely loves living in Pine Brook Hills and taking in beautiful sunrises and moonrises from her house perched on a hill. The added space was crucial for their 3 daughters, 1 son and their dog, Astro.
