About Craig


Craig joined the Genie & Ilia Team of Compass after a 30+ years in professional theater leadership in major cities across the country, including at the Historic Fordā€™s Theatre. For nearly two decades, Craig has lived in the heart of Adams Morgan in Washington, DC. He has owned, renovated, and/or managed multiple properties, including houses, cooperatives and rental properties, in the DC metro area and California.

At Compass, Craigā€™s team uses tools to modernize both sides of the real estate experienceā€”comparing properties, measuring marketing performance with sellers, and offering buyers exclusive access to listings.

In his years of leadership in the theater field brokering relationships among artists and producers, Craig managed modest budget shows to multi-million dollar productions, keeping his eye on the big picture and the small details, and creating an atmosphere where all parties were able to produce their best work. Shifting from artist to owners & buyers, and from theaters to homes, the job is the same: to listen to your needs and meet your life goals, on your timeline and on your budget.
