Craig Michael Strong

Craig Strong has been working in the Greater Los Angeles real estate industry for over 20 years and as a professional in the industry for 25. His deep knowledge of his local market, commitment to civic participation, and firm belief in giving back to his community have made him virtually synonymous with selling real estate in Los Angeles. As a native New Yorker, Craig was a vital part of Point Blank Body Armor, a four-generation family business that manufactured Bullet-Proof Vests. Craig next relocated to Los Angeles becoming a high-level property investor. His success in investment led him to develop his own clientele as a real estate agent.

Craig has won many major awards and continues to be a Top Producing Sales Agent. By combining his well-honed sales skills, and years of knowledge in property investment, Craig has catapulted himself into the ranks of the most sought-after real estate agents in the Greater Los Angeles Area. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Craig’s civic participation in Toluca Lake and Studio City, showcased by his fundraising for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and many other organizations, demonstrates his values and drive to give back to his thriving community.

As a resident himself in Toluca Lake for 20+ years, he understands the issues that impact local residents and continually helps address and resolve them. Craig has served on the Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council for 15 years, Chaired Public Safety, Co-Chaired Neighborhood Watch, sat on the Toluca Lake Homeowners Association, and once again sits on the Toluca Lake Chamber. Craig is a founder of the Toluca Lake Beautification Partners along with sitting on the current board. Craig enjoys participating and/or contributing to all the community events such as, The Turkey Trot, 4th of July kids parade, Kling Street Kids, and the Holiday Open House. In addition, Craig now chairs the Toluca Lake Christmas Parade.

Today, Craig has been given a new title; Coach & Lead Mentor at Compass. He has created the Strong Mentorship Curriculum for all Mentors at Compass to follow when training Mentees. His goal is to have this nationally recognized and implemented for all Compass Mentors by the end of 2023, which will ultimately launch the Strong Coaching Program for any company.
