Craig Natvig

For more than almost 2 decades Craig Natvig has successfully specialized in residential real estate including new construction sales and land sales in Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood and the Westside. Currently, Craig is with Compass Real Estate in Pacific Palisades. Craig has a wide range of real estate experience due to the hundreds of successfully negotiated and closed transactions. He makes it a priority of providing very personalized service with a calm demeanor, positive attitude, detailed analysis and a willingness to “go the extra mile”. His added experience in renovating homes and family background gives Craig a practical vision to know “what’s possible” when addressing value in buying and/or preparing a property for a potential sale. His mission is to represent his client’s best interest at all times (whether seller or buyer) in assisting them in achieving the highest/best “market price” (selling) – or – finding, analyzing and negotiating for a purchase (buying). As a Palisades native, with a flair and passion for adventure sports, Craig’s early resume includes being a world-class skier, elite ski instructor, internationally certified ski coach, “A” rated beach volleyball player, and serious triathlete. This included two World Demonstration Ski Championships on the “Aspen A’s”, appearing in Warren Miller’s “Steep and Deep”, and being a “VIP ski partner” for clients/guests of the Aspen Ski Company. Prior to real estate, Craig founded and managed the PAC – Pacific Athletic Club(s) in Pacific Palisades and Palos Verdes for 15 years. PAC was well-known for the location at Sunset and PCH. As a surfer since age 10, he combined these various pursuits with fitness, training, and self-discipline in completing over 150 triathlons/adventure races – including the famous “Hawaii Ironman World Championships” in Kona, Hawaii. Craig went on to create in 2005 his own surf paradise the “Nemberala Beach Resort” on Rote island in Indonesia. Craig was raised in Pacific Palisades, where he attended Palisades High and received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado. In addition, he had the advantage of having a successful real estate developer father, and a mother with over 30 years of high success as a local real estate agent.
