With more than a decade in Austin real estate, Craig Souza helps buyers and sellers make clear, confident moves in a market that rarely stands still. He began his career in 2015 selling new construction high-rise condominiums, developing a deep understanding of urban development, building economics, and pricing strategy. Since then, he has represented clients across the spectrum, from downtown condos to single-family homes to multi-acre homesteads.

Clients rely on his ability to interpret market data, anticipate negotiation dynamics, and position properties with intention rather than guesswork.

Craig approaches every transaction with structure and empathy. Real estate decisions carry financial weight and personal meaning. Before real estate, Craig studied International Affairs and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras. That global experience sharpened his awareness of economic forces, migration patterns, and how cities evolve. Today, he applies that lens to Austin’s growth and to the clients who choose to build their lives here.

Outside of work, Craig explores Austin by bike, studies architecture and design, travels internationally whenever possible, and enjoys discovering the restaurants and neighborhoods that give the city its character. He lives in East Austin and works most frequently in East, Central, and South Austin.
