About Craig
For nearly two decades, broker Craig Worton has been expertly guiding clients to real estate success with abundant patience and creativity. As the principal of the Beach to Bay Team at Compass, he and his talented peers serve buyers, sellers, renters, investors and developers throughout Avalon and Stone Harbor.

Prior to real estate, Craig honed his invaluable business acumen and people skills as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and later as an executive search consultant. Following in the footsteps of his commercial realtor father, Craig worked in office leasing in Philadelphia. By leveraging his finance and tax background, and his love for modeling investment projects, he launched several successful Avalon developments and pivoted to residential real estate athe the shore. Today, Craig thrives on his clients' passion for beachside living and acts as an indispensable resource for everyone, from first-time buyers to savvy investors and those building new homes from the ground up.

Craig grew up in Wayne, Pennsylvania, and received a bachelor's degree in economics and business from Lafayette College. He lives on Avalon's Princeton Harbor with his wife, children and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys boating and spending time with family and friends.
